Bub City is an authentic barbecue restaurant offering lunch, dinner, weekend brunch and late night dining. The menu, crafted by Chef / Partner Doug Psaltis, includes crowd favorites like Giddy Up Fries, 18-Hour Beef Brisket, BBQ Ribs and Smoked Half Chicken from Crystal Valley Farms. Have a huge appetite? Barbecue feasts like the Whole Pork Picnic and Thanksgiving To-Go are sure to satisfy. Round out your meal with signature Southern-inspired sides like Buffalo Tots, Sweet Potato Fluff and three different takes on Mac & Cheese.

Beverage director Diane Corcoran has cultivated one of Chicago's largest whiskey selections with more than 125 whiskeys from well-known and independent distilleries throughout the country. In addition to weekly whiskey flight offerings and a selection of bottle and draft beers, guests can also enjoy a variety of seasonal Southern-inspired cocktails including the Horse’s Neck (With A Kick) with Wild Turkey rye, lemon and ginger ale, and The Back Porch Tea with Deep Eddy Sweet Tea vodka, Jack Daniel’s and lemonade. 

Experience live country performances on Bub City’s 16-foot stage by some of the industry’s greatest emerging talent. Special music events take place throughout the week, including live acoustic performances on Mondays, Live Band Country Karaoke on Tuesdays, Downhome Dueling Fiddles on Wednesdays, and the live country music Barbecue Brunch on weekends, featuring music and Southern breakfast staples paired with a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar.
