Warren B. Strovel RA, NCARB

Warren Strovel has been an integral member of the Friedman Properties team for over a decade. As Executive Vice President of Operations, Warren thrives on a culture of collaboration where creative ideas converge with strategic planning. He guides daily operations and administrative functions while establishing policies that promote company culture and vision. Warren is steadfast in his commitment to the sustainable growth of Friedman Properties and passionate about the neighborhood of River North.

In his previous role as Director of Architecture & Interiors, Warren led projects focused on commercial, retail and hospitality. Moving forward, he’ll continue to shepherd the design and development initiatives.

Warren Strovel graduated cum laude with his Bachelors and Masters in Architecture from Florida International University. From there, he worked at several prestigious design firms in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. Warren is a licensed architect in the state of Illinois and certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Outside of his professional commitments, Warren’s hobbies include meteorology, travel and exploring Chicago.
