José Andrés bringing famed Spanish restaurant Jaleo to Chicago’s River North

As first reported by Eater, Andrés will open Jaleo — his sixth, including the Washington, D.C., original, two more in the D.C. area and outposts in Las Vegas and Walt Disney World in Florida — in the space (500 N.
